From guest list to the invitation
PassSquare Manager is the web application that allows you to manage every operating aspect related to the event: loading and modification of guests' data, creation of invitations, agenda, management of the location and the event contents. You can define different access profiles and associate each event to the right user.
Check-in? Only a few seconds, or by self-serviceThanks to the iPad app PassSquare4Staff, in a few seconds you can recognize and validate each of your guests: reading the QR Code, entering the numeric code, or simply looking for name and last name with the smart search. If you do not need a physical access control, you may have to check-in directly your guests: PassSquare verify that location, date, time and user are the right ones for your event and will automatically register the access.
Mobile web app
PassSquare4Guest is the HTML5 app distributed by e-mail to your guests that contains the ticket (integrated with Passbook (R)), driving directions to the event, a map of the location, the event agenda with the possibility to add it to your Calendar, links and all the contents that you want to convey to your guests. Everything always on their smartphone.
